New Mercedes Vito van unveiled

A new and more economical Vito
The main innovation of the Vito is a front-wheel drive (it was a rear-wheel-drive before). It is equipped with a 4-cylinder, 1.6 dCi engine, available with 88hp (109 CDI) and 114hp ( 111CDI). Regarding proportions, they don't change too much : only 14 cm more, with cubic capacities from 5,5 m³ to 6,6 m³. The manufacturer's goal with this new version is to have more useful load (60 kg more than the previous version) and reduce the fuel consumption, for lower running costs.
The first deliveries of the new Vito van are set to begin in November 2014. The prices will only be a little higher than those of the previous version.
