The Renault Trucks Optifuel offer
The Renault Trucks D and D WIDE Optifuel trucks come fron the Distribution range, an area exposed to fuel price increases. Thus, the D and D Wide are equipped with the Optifleet system, that helps them see their consumption and analyse the most profitable itineraries. The Renault Trucks D and D Wide Optifuel are compatible with the Optifuel Infomax software that measures and analyses the fuel consumption. To complete their offer, Renault Trucks also offers drivers a training to learn economic driving through the Optifuel Training.
The Renault Trucks D and D WIDE Optifuel equipments
These distribution trucks are equipped with an automated gearbox, available in 2 versions : Optitronic or Optidriver, proven to be economic and comfortable. Furthermore, the engine automatically stops after 3 or 5 minutes, when the vehicle is stationary and the parking brake has been applied. The roof deflector or the new Michelin tyres developed to reduce rolling resistance and therefore consumption are both available as options.
