New DAF CF Silent : the extra quiet truck

DAF distribution truck with low noise nuisance
The CF Silent was specially designed for urban distribution at night. Equipped with a "silent" button on the dashboard, the DAF CF Silent's noise level doesn't exceed 72dB and respects all the norms and certifications in terms of silent trucks. From now on with the DAF CF Silent, merchandise can be delivered in areas where noise restrictions apply, whether in the evening, at night or early in the morning.
Technical characteristics of the DAF CF Silent
DAF will supply the extra quiet CF distribution truck from the beginning of 2015.
Several axle configurations are available : as a 4x2 rigid or 4x2 tractor unit, Day Cab, Sleeper cab or Space Cab, also with a wide range of wheel base options.
The DAF CF Silent will have a PACCAR MX-11 Euro 6 engine of 10.8l with ratings of 290ch to 440ch, well-known for its low noise levels.
