Tractor DAF XF
XF is a range of tractors produced by the Dutch manufacturer DAF since 1997. A long-distance transport vehicle, the DAF XF is the brand's largest tractor. Succeeding the DAF 95, 95 XF, XF 95 and XF 105 (voted Truck of the Year 2007), the DAF XF benefits from a reduced weight in running order and a higher payload, which allows it to tow sets up to 50 tonnes. 2 or 3 axle tractor, it is available with a Space Cab or Super Space Cab. The new DAF XF Euro 6 tractors are equipped with a PACCAR MX engine. The PACCAR MX-11 engine has a maximum power of 440 horsepower and a maximum torque of 2200 Nm for a displacement of 10.8 liters. The PACCAR MX-13 engine, with 12.9 liters of displacement, can reach 510 horsepower and a torque of 2,500 Nm. The DAF XF can be fitted with a manual or automated (AS Tronic) gearbox. The SMART common rail injection system offers better fuel efficiency and reduces pollutant emissions. The DAF XF tractor also has high stability thanks to the Stabilink suspension and the VSC (Vehicle Stability Control) system.
