Renault Premium Tractor

Premium is a range of tractors and carriers produced by Renault since 1996. It replaces the R range, production of which began in 1980. The Renault Premium range is available in three versions: Premium Road (long distance), Premium Distribution (distribution) and Premium Lander (construction). The Renault Premium Route tractor is equipped with a 6-cylinder diesel engine with 9.8 or 11.1 liters of displacement, for a power of up to 460 horsepower. Available in 4X2 or 6X2 configuration, it supports a 44-ton GVWR. The Premium Route has undergone several technical improvements over time: common rail injection for the Euro 3 standard, SCR by Adblue injection for the Euro 4 standard, Optidriver robotic gearbox for the Euro 5 standard. The Premium Distribution range includes tractors (GVW of 44 tons) and carriers (GVW from 16 to 32 tons). The vehicles of the Premium Lander range are suitable for work in difficult terrain, for example on construction sites. For the entry into force of the Euro 6 standard in 2014, Renault presented the T range, which succeeds the Premium and Magnum ranges for long-distance transport. The Premium Distribution has been replaced by the D range, and the Premium Lander by the C range.
